Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index concluded Thursday’s trading session with a decrease, dropping by 76.370 points, or 0.720 percent, resulting in a final index level of 10,463.04 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session witnessed the exchange of 311,158,261 shares, with a total value amounting to QAR 1,441,351,890.225, executed through 30,032 transactions across various sectors. Out of all the companies involved, the share prices of 18 companies experienced an increase, while 31 companies faced a decline, and two companies’ share prices remained unchanged from their previous closing values.
The market capitalization at the end of the trading session stood at QAR 620,025,697,691.469, a decrease compared to the previous session’s market capitalization of QAR 624,234,826,494.614.
