Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index closed Wednesday's trading lower by 184.81 points, or 1.61 percent, settling at 11,306.78 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session witnessed the exchange of 135,795,129 shares, with a total value of QR 367,169,290.745, conducted in 23,870 transactions across all sectors.
Throughout the session, share prices saw an increase for 13 companies, while 37 companies experienced a decline, and two companies' share prices remained unchanged. The market capitalization at the close of the trading session was QR 674,242,683,955.830, which is a decrease from the previous session's QR 683,511,350,723.913.
