Doha: The general index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) concluded Wednesday's trading session on a lower note, dropping by 66.69 points, or 0.58 percent, to settle at 11,338.81 points. During the trading session, a total of 139,419,617 shares were exchanged, with a value reaching QR 344,960,459.209, spread across 17,159 transactions encompassing all sectors.
According to Qatar News Agency, the session recorded 20 companies witnessing a rise in their share prices, while another 20 companies experienced a decline. Meanwhile, 13 companies maintained their previous closing prices. The market capitalization at the close of the trading session stood at QR 677,678,153,724.225, showing a decrease compared to the previous session's QR 679,786,222,172.140.
