Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index concluded Monday's trading session with a slight decrease, shedding 2.67 points, or 0.03 percent, to settle at 10,097.44 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session witnessed a total of 274,532,605 shares being exchanged, amounting to a total value of QAR 798,281,830.062. These trades were conducted through 20,902 transactions spanning all sectors.
In terms of company performance, 20 companies recorded an increase in their share prices, while 28 companies saw their shares decline. The share prices of four companies remained unchanged.
The market capitalization at the close of the session was QAR 606,810,041,734.014, reflecting a decrease from the previous session's figure of QAR 607,413,382,477.832.
