QSE Index Records a 0.35 Percent Decline


Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index ended Sunday’s trading session with a decrease of 37.850 points, or 0.35 percent, closing at 10,736.410 points.



According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session saw the exchange of 159,665,159 shares, amounting to a total value of QR 274,153,614.004, conducted through 12,769 transactions across various sectors.



Throughout the session, the stock prices of 14 companies experienced an increase, while 36 companies recorded a decline in their share prices. Meanwhile, 3 companies maintained their previous closing prices, showing no change.



The market capitalization at the conclusion of the trading session was QR 636,901,803,225.372, which is a slight increase compared to the previous session’s capitalization of QR 636,516,402,389.348.
