Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from December 28, 2025, to January 1, 2026, reached QAR 348,826,531.
According to Qatar News Agency, the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period amounted to QAR 46,118,339, bringing the total trading value for the week to approximately QAR 394.944 million.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department highlights that the list of real estate properties traded for sale included vacant land, residences, residential buildings, residential complexes, commercial shops, commercial and residential buildings, a commercial and administrative building, and residential units.
Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Khor and Al Dhakhira, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Shahaniya, and the areas of Lusail 69, The Pearl, Al Wukair, Al Khuraij, Al Mashaf, Dafna, Ghar Thuailib, Leqtaifiyah, Gharrafa, and Al Sakhama.
In comparison, the volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from December 21-25, 2025, exceeded QAR 657 million.
