Offshore, it will be scattered clouds at times, the report added.
Wind inshore will be variable at first becomes mainly northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 knot gusting to 20 knot at places at times.
Offshore, it will be variable mainly northwesterly to northeasterly 03 to 13 knot.
Visibility will be 04 to 08/03 kilometers or less at times.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet. Offshore will be 2 to 4 feet.
