Moscow: The Russian armed forces have taken out 1,015 Ukrainian troops, with their air defenses shooting down 72 Ukrainian drones, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported in a statement on Sunday.
According to Qatar News Agency, the statement indicated that the Russian military units targeted Ukrainian troops in 137 zones along the combat lines, as well as dozens of combat vehicles, vehicles, artillery units, munitions depots, and cyber warfare stations.
Russian tactical fighter jets, offensive drones, and artillery forces targeted fuel and energy infrastructure facilities due to their connection with the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, the statement continued.
Since the outbreak of the warfare on Feb. 24, 2022, Russia and Ukraine have been trading reports daily confirming the progression of each party in repelling the attacks of the other. However, these data have not been verified by an independent source due to the conditions of the warfare and the unceasing battles.
