Russia: Russia’s chief delegate and presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky described the negotiations between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine that took place in Geneva on February 17-18 as tough-going but businesslike.
According to Qatar News Agency, Medinsky added that a new meeting on Ukraine would take place soon.
