Kyiv: Russia's Foreign Ministry has urged foreign nationals, including diplomatic staff, to leave Kyiv as soon as possible, warning residents to avoid military and administrative facilities. In a statement, Moscow said it would carry out systematic strikes against decision-making centers and military infrastructure in Kyiv, including facilities linked to the design and production of drones used by Ukraine.
According to Qatar News Agency, the announcement came a day after Russia stated its forces had launched a large-scale strike on military targets across Ukraine, including command centers, air bases, and defense industry facilities. Russian President Vladimir Putin mentioned that he had instructed the Defense Ministry to prepare response measures following an attack on a student dormitory building in the Luhansk region.
Moscow has indicated that it continues to conduct strikes against military, energy, and communications infrastructure in Ukraine.
