Russian Air Defenses Shoot Down Two Drones over Moscow

The Russian authorities announced that the Air Defense Forces shot down two Ukrainian drones on the outskirts of the capital Moscow, trying to cross towards the city early Wednesday morning.

“There was an attempt to fly two combat drones into the city,” Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on Telegram, adding that “Both were shot down by air defenses,” Russian news agency (Sputnik) reported.

The mayor said there was no immediate information about casualties from falling debris, adding that emergency services were working at the site. (QNA)
