Saudi Foreign Minister Engages in Strategic Discussions with Qatari and Jordanian Counterparts

Riyadh: Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, recently engaged in pivotal discussions with his counterparts from Qatar and Jordan. The Saudi Foreign Minister received telephone calls from Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Ayman Safadi, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Jordan.

According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the conversations focused on recent developments in the regional landscape. The ministers emphasized the necessity of bolstering efforts and unifying positions to mitigate escalation and address potential threats to regional security. A key aspect of their discussions was the need to ensure the safety of navigation in the Arabian Gulf and the Red Sea, aiming to minimize the adverse consequences of ongoing crises.
