Saudi Stock Market Index Declines as Trading Volume Hits SAR 3.4 Billion

Riyadh: The main index of the Saudi stock market concluded its session on Sunday with a downturn, decreasing by 61.66 points to settle at 10,928.79 points. The trading activities reflected a total volume of SAR 3.4 billion.

According to Qatar News Agency, the day's trading saw 185 million shares change hands. Out of the companies listed, 75 experienced an increase in their stock values, whereas 177 saw a decline.

In addition, the parallel market index, known as Nomu, also closed lower. It recorded a decrease of 88.38 points, finishing at 22,989.62 points. The trading volume for Nomu was SAR 10 million, with more than 1.4 million shares Being exchanged.
