Six Palestinians Martyred in Israeli Shelling of Gaza Strip

Gaza city: Six Palestinians were martyred in Israeli shelling of various areas in the Gaza Strip. Medical sources said that one person was martyred and about 20 others were injured as a result of Israeli artillery shelling of the Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City.

According to Qatar News Agency, two Palestinians were also martyred when Israeli warplanes targeted a group of residents in the Al Sha'af area of the Al Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of the city. Additionally, one Palestinian was killed and 20 others were injured as a result of gunfire targeting aid seekers in the Zikim area, northwest of the Gaza Strip.

Al Awda Hospital reported that 22 people were injured as a result of Israeli occupation forces targeting gatherings of civilians near an aid distribution point on Salah Al Din Street, south of the Wadi Gaza area, central Gaza Strip. One Palestinian was martyred in the shelling of the Al Amal neighborhood, northwest of Khan Yunis, southern Gaza Strip, while another was killed by Israeli occupation forces' fire near Morag, south of the Gaza Strip.

The death toll in the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 62,004 martyrs and 156,230 wounded, the majority of whom were children and women.
