Syrian President Receives Message from Algerian Counterpart on Bilateral Relations


Damascus: Syrian President Ahmed Al Sharaa received a written message today from Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, pertaining to relations between the two countries and ways to support and strengthen them. The message was delivered by Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf during his meeting with the Syrian President as Special Envoy of President Tebboune.



According to Qatar News Agency, during the meeting, the two sides discussed prospects for enhancing cooperation relations between their countries. They also discussed the latest developments at both national and regional levels, with Attaf emphasizing Algeria’s readiness to contribute both bilaterally and as an Arab member of the UN Security Council. The focus was on supporting efforts to reunite the Syrian people around a comprehensive national project that rebuilds state institutions and provides the elements of security, stability, development, and prosperity.
