Kyiv: Ukraine announced Thursday that its air defenses repelled a Russian drone attack last night, shooting down 172 out of 206 drones targeting various locations across the country.
According to Qatar News Agency, the attack resulted in damage to 22 different locations, in addition to debris from downed drones falling in nine sites. The ongoing conflict continues to pose significant challenges to the safety of civilians and infrastructure in the affected areas.
Earlier, Ukrainian authorities reported that four people were injured in a heavy Russian drone attack on the Odessa region in southern Ukraine. This region has been a focal point in the conflict, experiencing frequent hostilities.
