Doha: HE Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, arrived in Doha to participate in the Second World Summit for Social Development, hosted by the State of Qatar from 4 to 6 November. His Excellency was welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by HE Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations, Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al Thani.
According to Qatar News Agency, the summit aims to address various global social development challenges and foster international cooperation. The event is expected to bring together leaders and representatives from different countries to discuss strategies and share insights on advancing social development goals.
