Major US stock indexes closed lower at the end of the trading session on Wednesday.
The S&P 500 lost 30.11 points, or 0.73%, to end at 4,115.47 points, while the Nasdaq Composite lost 76.46 points, or 0.61%, to 12,483.78.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 253.32 points, or 0.77%, to 32,802.19.
