US Stocks End Slightly Higher

US stocks ended slightly higher at the end of the trading session on Monday. The S and P 500 .SPX gained 24.22 points, or 0.42%, to 5,762.39 and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC added 69.58 points, or 0.38%, to 18,189.17.
