Doha: Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Friday will be hot to very hot daytime and relatively humid by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, it will be misty at places at first and hazy at times.
According to Qatar News Agency, winds inshore will be variable at first, shifting mainly to easterly-southeasterly at 03-13 knots, gusting to 20 knots at places during the day. Offshore winds will start as southwesterly, changing to southeasterly at 4-14 knots.
The sea state inshore is expected to be between 1 to 2 feet, while offshore it will range from 2 to 4 feet. Visibility inshore will range from 4 to 9 kilometers, while offshore visibility will be between 4 to 9 kilometers, dropping to 3 kilometers or less at certain places initially.
