Bybit has been a strong supporter of the Mantle Treasury, to which it has contributed more than $3 billion worth of tokens. Mantle Network’s full backing by the entire DAO community and sister initiatives such as Game7 and EduDAO make it a vibrant Web3 ecosystem from day one.

ByStarter is also a platform for projects looking to raise funds, regardless of their stage of development.

“We are excited to support Mantle Network’s innovative approach to improving Ethereum’s infrastructure,” said Ben Zhou, co-founder and CEO of Bybit. “By listing MNT on our ByStarter platform, we’re providing participants with a unique opportunity to get involved in a promising project at an early stage, and this time at zero cost. We look forward to seeing Mantle’s growth and success.”

“We are thrilled to have Bybit host MNT’s Genesis Offering on its ByStarter platform,” said Arjun Kalsy, head of ecosystem of Mantle. “We thank Bybit for their enduring support and vote of confidence, as we work towards the imminent launch of Mantle Network Mainnet to help hyperscale Ethereum and make Web3 secure and affordable for everyone.”

Foreign Ministers of Non-Aligned countries adopt Baku Declaration

Foreign Ministers of the Non-Aligned Movement countries Thursday called for respecting the sovereignty, unity, territorial integrity and political independence of all states and their rejection of external interference in their domestic affairs, stressing the need to end the Israeli occupation of the Syrian Arab Golan.

The Ministers, at the conclusion of their meeting held in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku, with the participation of Foreign and Expatriates Minster, Fayssal Mikdad, adopted the Baku Declaration which called for adhering to the vision, principles and goals of the movement as established during the Bandung Conference of 1955 and Belgrade of 1961, which aims to achieve a world in which peace, justice, cooperation and prosperity prevails for all.

They reiterated the movement’s stance which demands the end of the Israeli occupation of the Syrian Arab Golan and its withdrawal from it up to the line of June 4th, 1967, in accordance with Security Council Resolutions No. 242/338, stressing the content of Resolution 497 which stipulates that all measures taken by the Israeli occupation authorities to change the legal, administrative and demographic status of the Golan are null and void which has no legal effect.

The ministers also expressed their countries’ support for the Palestinian cause, relevant international legitimacy resolutions, the right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital, and the right of return, and they condemned the escalation of the Israeli occupation and settler militias in their deadly attacks on the Palestinians, the latest of which is the attack on the city of Jenin and its camp.

On the other hand, the ministers condemned in the strongest terms the imposition of illegal unilateral coercive measures against member states of the Movement.

UK’s Radakin exaggerates Russia’s losses to get more money for weapons – Defense Ministr

UK Chief of the Defense Staff Tony Radakin’s assessments about the amount of armored vehicles allegedly lost by Russia during the special military operation, per a Financial Times report from earlier, are aimed at securing funding for modern weapons that would replace obsolete equipment shipped to Kiev, the Russian Defense Ministry said Wednesday.

“British Admiral Radakin’s assessments about the armored vehicles lost by Russia, combined with claims that the Russian Armed Forces has lost ‘half of its combat capability’ are discouraging due to the sheer scale of the lies. […] The logic and goals of Admiral Radakin’s propagandist statements made in the British parliament are obvious: to wrestle money from the stagnant budget to procure new weapons for the army and replace the junk being shipped to Ukraine,” the Ministry said on its Telegram channel.

The Russian Defense Ministry also pointed out UK Defense Secretary Ben Wallace’s claims regarding the “total depletion of the UK’s own weapons stockpile and the hundreds of vehicles sent for the Ukrainian ‘counteroffensive,’ which ‘unexpectedly’ burned as soon as they faced the allegedly non-combat-capable Russian army.”

The Russian Defense Ministry noted that Western states are mainly concerned over how to convince their taxpayers that the military shipments to Kiev make any sense at all and were good for something.

“In the absence of any results from the Ukrainian army on the battlefield, and, as is becoming increasingly clear – even the chance for such results – one can only fantasize about the ‘loss of combat capability’ of the Russian army,” the Ministry added.

“The overhyped Storm Shadow missile more and more often hits civilian infrastructure, unfortunately, causing civilian casualties,” the Defense Ministry noted.
