Algiers: Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune met with Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, who is visiting Algeria. The Italian minister stated that he discussed with the Algerian president ways to support bilateral cooperation in the security and economic fields, ways to achieve stability in the Mediterranean region, and combat human trafficking.
According to Qatar News Agency, Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf also met with his Italian counterpart. During their meeting, they discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and addressed regional and international developments.
