Paris: French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot warned of the escalating security risks across Europe, especially within the EU.
According to Qatar News Agency, Barrot emphasized in press remarks that security threats have been worsening for several years due to ongoing tensions near Europe's borders with Russia. He noted that the risk of war within the EU has never been as high as it is today, with threats increasing steadily over the past 15 years.
Barrot stressed that the United States must apply pressure to bring Russian President Vladimir Putin to the negotiating table to help end the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
