Doha: Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Sunday will be hazy to misty at places at first, becomes relatively hot to hot at places daytime with some clouds, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, the weather will be hazy to misty at places at times with scattered clouds to partly cloudy, the report added.
According to Qatar News Agency, wind inshore will be southeasterly to easterly at speeds of 5 to 15 knots. Meanwhile, offshore, the wind will predominantly be northeasterly to southeasterly at speeds ranging from 6 to 16 knots, with gusts reaching up to 20 knots at times.
The sea state inshore is expected to be between 1 to 3 feet, occasionally rising to 4 feet. Offshore, the sea state will range from 2 to 4 feet, with heights reaching up to 6 feet at times.
Visibility inshore will generally be between 4 to 9 kilometers, dropping to 3 kilometers or less in certain areas initially. Offshore visibility will be similar, ranging from 4 to 8 kilometers, with occasional drops to 3 kilometers or less in some areas.
