Offshore, it will be fine, warning of strong wind and high sea. Winds inshore will be northwesterly 10-20 knot gusting to 28 knot at places daytime, decrease to 05-15 knot by night. Offshore it will be northwesterly 07-17 knot gusting 24 knot at times. Sea state inshore will be 1-3 feet surging to 5 feet at times, while offshore 2-4 feet surging to 8 feet at time. Visibility inshore will be 4-8 kilometers/3 kilometers or less at places daytime, while offshore will be 5 to 10.
