Offshore, it will be cloudy to partly cloudy with a chance of scattered rain; maybe thundery at times, the Department of Meteorology added, warning of thundery rain and strong wind. Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knots gusting to 22 knots at times. Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 12 to 22 knots, gusting to 30 knots at times. The visibility will be 05 to 9 kilometers. The sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 5 feet at places. Offshore, it will be 4 to 7 feet surging to 10 feet at places.
