Doha: European shares hit their highest in more than two months on Monday: European shares reached their highest levels in over two months, marking a significant upward trend.
According to Qatar News Agency, the pan-European STOXX 600 index rose by 0.61%, reaching 628.93 points. This puts the index just below a record high previously reached in late February.
Most sectors experienced gains, with banks leading the way with a 1.7% increase. The CAC 40 index rose by 0.98%, Germany's DAX index increased by 1.17%, and Italy's FTSE MIB index also climbed by 0.99%.
