According to Qatar News Agency, the session saw a total of 265,412,204 shares being traded. The trading activity resulted in a turnover of QR 157,580,771.201 across 26,136 transactions, encompassing all sectors within the exchange. The market's performance illustrated a varied trend, with 12 companies witnessing an advance in their share prices, while 38 saw declines, and four remained unchanged.
The market capitalization at the end of the session was recorded at QR 633,937,339,844.900. This figure marked a decrease when compared to the previous session's market capitalization, which stood at QR 640,494,622,176.714, indicating a contraction in the market value on Monday.
