Four Palestinians Martyred in Israeli Drone Attack in Southern Gaza Strip

Rafah: Four Palestinians were martyred, and others were injured Saturday in an Israeli drone attack on a group of citizens in the Tal Al Sultan neighborhood in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, local sources reported.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the fatalities toll from the Israeli onslaught on the Gaza Strip has climbed to 49,747 martyrs and 113,213 injured since Oct. 7, 2023.

At dawn on Tuesday, Israel renewed its aggression on the Gaza Strip following a two-month respite under a ceasefire deal that took effect on Jan. 19, 2025. However, the Israeli occupation forces breached the deal throughout the two months and continued to bomb various areas across the Strip.

The Israeli bombardment resulted in casualties, with Israel refusing to enforce the humanitarian protocol and instead tightening its siege on the Strip, which is experiencing an unprecedented humanitarian tragedy.
