Makkah: The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque is preparing to launch 251 golf carts as part of the operational plan for this year's Hajj season in 1445 AH. The authority has also prepared 10,000 handcarts for pilgrims to use at the Grand Mosque. The number of sites has been increased to 20, distributed throughout the Grand Mosque and its courtyards. The operational plan aims to serve 35,000 people daily and ensure a maximum operating rate of 100% for distribution sites. Additionally, the plan aims to provide 10,000 handcart pushers by the end of this year's Hajj season in 1445 AH to make Hajj as convenient as possible for the pilgrims. Source: Saudi Press Agency
