Manama, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Commander of the Royal Guard, received Lord Tariq Ahmad of Wimbledon, the British Minister of State for the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, United Nations and the Commonwealth.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad lauded the Bahraini-British relations and cooperation in various domains, emphasising the kingdom’s commitment to further developing the deep-rooted ties.
The two sides discussed cooperation in providing aid to the Gaza Strip.
They also reviewed means to enhance cooperation within the framework of bilateral strategic relations, and discussed regional and international issues.
