Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani will head to New Delhi on Monday on a state visit to the friendly Republic of India, during which HH the Amir will meet with HE President of the Republic of India Droupadi Murmu and HE Prime Minister of the Republic of India Narendra Modi. The visit will address ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields, in addition to exchanging views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
According to Qatar News Agency, HH the Amir will be accompanied by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani and an official delegation. The visit aims to build on the existing ties between Qatar and India, exploring opportunities for collaboration in sectors of mutual concern and engaging in dialogue on pressing global matters.
