Doha: HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of condolences to HE Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the sisterly Republic of the Sudan, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al Burhan, on the victims of the landslide that occurred in the Marra Mountains region of Darfur, western Sudan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
According to Qatar News Agency, the landslide in Darfur's Marra Mountains has resulted in casualties, prompting an expression of sympathy and support from Qatar's Deputy Amir. The Deputy Amir's message conveyed heartfelt condolences to the families affected by the incident and expressed hopes for the quick recovery of those injured.
