Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, HE Ilham Aliyev, on Azerbaijan's Republic Day.
