Iraqi President Abdellatif Gamal Rashid received Tuesday a written message from his Chinese Counterpart Xi Jinping pertaining to bilateral relations. China's Ambassador to Iraq Cui Wei delivered the message during his meeting with the President of Iraq on Tuesday.
