Nabatieh: One person was killed and several others injured Friday in an Israeli airstrike targeting an apartment in Nabatieh, southern Lebanon.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that the initial toll from the strike included the death of a woman and injuries to eleven others.
The ministry added that earlier Israeli airstrikes across southern Lebanon left four more people wounded, all of whom received emergency treatment.
Despite a ceasefire agreement in place since last November, Israel launched a series of intense air raids on various areas in southern Lebanon earlier today.
