Israeli Airstrikes in Gaza Result in Six Palestinian Deaths and Dozens Injured

Gaza city: Six Palestinians were killed and dozens injured as a result of Israeli shelling on various areas of the Gaza Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, ambulance crews recovered the bodies of two martyrs from the vicinity of the Sabha Medical Center in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, following a violent Israeli airstrike on the area.

The agency added that earlier today, a medical source confirmed the martyrdom of three Palestinians and the injury of several others after the occupation targeted a charitable hospice north of Deir Al Balah city in the central Gaza Strip, causing widespread destruction to the site and its surroundings.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced earlier that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, which began on Oct. 7, 2023, had risen to 57,418 martyrs and 136,261 wounded, amid continued targeting of civilians, infrastructure, and shelters.

The ministry pointed out that hospitals in the Gaza Strip had received 80 martyrs and 304 wounded in the past 24 hours, while scores of victims remained trapped under the rubble and on the streets, unable to reach them due to the intensity of the shelling and the dangerous situation on the ground.
