Kuwait city: Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al Yahya met on Sunday in Kuwait with UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy to discuss the latest regional and international developments and to exchange views on enhancing cooperation in multilateral international efforts.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting was held as part of the second round of the Kuwait-UK Strategic Dialogue. The two sides discussed ways to strengthen joint cooperation in addressing key regional and international issues, including the current situation in the region and developments in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The Ministry noted that the second round of the Strategic Dialogue culminated in the signing of three key agreements aimed at advancing the shared interests of both friendly nations. Both sides expressed their eagerness to hold the third round of the Strategic Dialogue in London next year.
