MME represented by the Public Parks Department, in cooperation with the Embassy of Japan in the State of Qatar and Mateto company organized an event to plant many trees in Al Maamoura Park.
The event was organized on the occasion of Qatar Environment Day and within the initiative to plant one million trees,
HE the Ambassador of Japan in the State of Qatar, The CEO of MITSUBISHI Corporation, the CEO of Metito Overseas Corporation and the directors of the company have attended the event, in the presence of Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim Al-Sada, Assistant Director of the Public Parks Department as well as a number of officials and engineers of the Public Parks Department and the Gardens Department in Doha Municipality, where a number of tree seedlings were planted that are suitable with the climatic conditions of Qatar?s environment.
