Kuwait city: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense announced today the detection and interception of seven hostile ballistic missiles that entered Kuwaiti airspace. These missiles were intercepted over several residential areas, causing debris to fall to the ground.
According to Qatar News Agency, Colonel Saud Al Atwan, the official spokesperson for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense, confirmed that the incident was a result of Iranian aggression. While the interception led to material damage in the affected areas, there have been no reported casualties.
Earlier in the day, Kuwaiti authorities had responded to three unusual reports concerning debris falling from the defensive interceptions of the missiles.
