The Imam Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Royal Reserve Development Authority, in partnership with the Saudi Climbing and Hiking Federation, has completed a training course called "Leave No Trace" at the King Khalid Royal Reserve. Over 20 participants took part in the course, which aimed to promote responsible environmental practices, increase awareness about preserving the natural environment, and minimize human impact on the environment during eco-tourism activities. The course aimed to encourage community involvement in the conservation of natural resources. This initiative continues the collaboration between the Imam Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Royal Reserve Development Authority and the Saudi Climbing and Hiking Federation, which began earlier this year with the identification of climbing and hiking trails in the Imam Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Royal Reserve and the King Khalid Royal Reserve.
