Ministry of Endowments: Qatari Hajj Mission Holds Coordination Meetings to Facilitate Smooth Hajj Season

Doha: The Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs announced that the Qatari Hajj mission's administrative and technical support units are ramping up their efforts to ensure that pilgrims from Qatar have all the necessary conditions and facilities during the hajj season.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry emphasized that these measures are aimed at allowing Qatari pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease, safety, and spiritual comfort, under a coordinated institutional framework. The Ministry highlighted that Ali bin Sultan Al Misifri, the Deputy Head of the Qatari Hajj Mission and Director of Hajj and Umrah Affairs, is conducting daily meetings with the advisory committee members and the heads of support units. These meetings focus on reviewing the latest preparations and ensuring all tasks are completed within the specified timeframe and meet quality standards.

Al Misifri stated that all units are executing their tasks according to the planned operational programs, with adjustments being made as needed based on current conditions. The daily meetings provide an opportunity for performance evaluation, coordination, and teamwork to ensure that the camps in Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah are ready. Additionally, arrangements for welcoming pilgrims at King Abdulaziz International Airport and managing their transportation to Makkah accommodations are being closely monitored.

The Deputy Head of the Qatari Hajj Mission expressed appreciation for the Saudi authorities' significant efforts and their unwavering dedication to serving the pilgrims and facilitating the hajj process.
