Doha: The Ministry of Interior (MOI) confirmed that a number of injuries resulted from an internal explosion at a factory in the Ras Laffan area. The Ministry explained that the incident was caused by a technical malfunction during operation, with no leakage posing a risk to public safety.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry stated in a post on its official X platform that the relevant authorities are currently responding to the incident.
