Doha: The Ministry of Interior (MOI) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in the United States. This agreement is aimed at enhancing security cooperation between the two entities, specifically focusing on security training and the fight against transnational crimes.
According to Qatar News Agency, the MoU was signed by Director General of Public Security Major General Mohammed Jassim Al Sulaiti on behalf of the Ministry of Interior. Representing the US side, Chief of Staff of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Mike Genario signed the agreement.
