The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announced that the SpaceX Dragon cargo capsule docks the International Space Station (ISS).

NASA announced on Monday evening the launch of the Falcon 9 carrier rocket from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

The vehicle was loaded with 3,175 kilograms of supplies to the ISS crew and materials for many scientific experiments, including the Thunderstorm Monitoring Unit.

The vehicle was due to take off last Saturday, but the launch was postponed until last Sunday and then to Monday, due to strong winds.
