Doha: A new batch of licensed Qatari real estate brokers took the legal oath before the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee at the Ministry of Justice. This significant event marks a new chapter for 36 individuals and real estate brokerage companies who are now officially recognized to operate within the real estate sector in Qatar.
According to Qatar News Agency, the new batch completed their licensing procedures in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (22) of 2017, which regulates real estate brokerage activities. They have also successfully passed the mandatory training course required for all licensed real estate brokers, ensuring they are well-prepared to engage in the industry.
Amer Saeed Al Ghafri, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for Real Estate Registration and Documentation Affairs and Chairman of the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee, welcomed the new batch. He expressed his wishes for their success as they embark on their responsibilities in real estate brokerage, highlighting the importance of their role in the growing real estate market in Qatar.
