According to Qatar News Agency, Brent crude futures climbed 31 cents, or 0.49%, to $63.65 a barrel. Meanwhile, US West Texas Intermediate crude saw an increase of 30 cents, or 0.51%, reaching $59.42 a barrel.
Both contracts experienced significant growth last week, with more than a 3% rise, marking their most substantial weekly gain since October. The upward trend reflects broader market optimism and a positive outlook on future demand.
