Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index maintained its stability above the 11,000-point level at the beginning of Monday's trading, gaining 0.22%, or 24.05 points, to its balance, raising it to 11,112 points compared to the previous session's close, supported by six sectors.
According to Qatar News Agency, market data showed gains in Industrials (+0.39%), Insurance (+0.35%), Transportation (+0.13%), Banks and Financial Services (+0.08%), Consumer Goods and Services (+0.06%), and Real Estate (+0.04%). On the other hand, Telecoms declined (-0.03%).
By 10:00 am, QSE reported a turnover of QR 42.755 million from 17.980 million shares traded across 4,694 transactions.
