Beirut: The Israeli entity renewed its attacks and targeting of villages and towns in southern Lebanon. The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the raid launched by Israeli forces on the Al Shehabiyeh area in southern Lebanon resulted in the death of one person and the injury of several others.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Israeli occupation continues to violate the ceasefire agreement announced on November 27, through repeated air and land incursions and violations in southern Lebanon and the border areas. This is despite the agreement stipulating the occupation’s withdrawal from the villages and towns it had invaded within 60 days.
Israeli forces remain stationed in more than 30 Lebanese villages and towns.
