Jerusalem: A Palestinian worker succumbed to severe injuries after falling from the fifth floor of a building in occupied Jerusalem, reportedly while being pursued by Israeli occupation forces.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that the martyr’s family rejected the Israeli authorities’ request for an autopsy, stating that the body remains withheld under the pretext of identity verification.
The Jerusalem Governorate condemned the incident, describing it as part of a systematic policy by Israeli forces targeting Palestinian workers. These workers are often forced to risk jumping over the separation wall, while Israeli forces continue to directly shoot at them or target them with gas and sound bombs, leading to dozens of deaths and injuries in recent months.
